British soldiers wounded in Bosnia
Two British soldiers were wounded by a mortar bomb which hit their base in Bogojno in central Bosnia yesterday, Reuter reports from Vitez. The soldiers, serving with the UN Protection Force in Bosnia, were evacuated to the British UN hospital in nearby Vitez. One was believed to have suffered a broken leg. Meanwhile, Bosnian Serbs returned UN trucks and most of the cargo hijacked from an aid convoy en route to the Muslim enclave of Maglaj on Wednesday.
