Britons in Cambodia have been advised to abide by strict travel guidelines before venturing south to Sihanoukville following the abduction of three Westerners, Reuter reports from Phnom Penh. A British embassy official said the search was continuing for two Britons, Dominic Chappell and Tina Dominy, and an Australian woman, Kelly Wilkinson, taken on Monday.
