Burundi offer

The Burundi army will not stand in the way of an international force to protect ministers who survived last month's coup, which later collapsed, the army said, Reuter reports from Bujumbura. The ministers say they will only emerge from the French embassy, where they have taken refuge, if foreign troops are brought in to protect them.
