Call for counsel
Three-quarters of Americans polled are not sure what to think about allegations of wrongdoing by Bill Clinton in an Arkansas property deal and half say an independent counsel should investigate, AP reports from Arlington.
Only 12 per cent believed Mr Clinton did something wrong in the Whitewater deal and 15 per cent believed he did nothing wrong, according to the USA Today-CNN-Gallup poll.
