Cambodia hitch

PHNOM PENH (AFP) - Cambodia's Khmer Rouge has presented a list of demands, including the banning of the Phnom Penh government flag and national assembly, in what appears to be preconditions for laying down their arms and co-operating with UN peace-keepers.
