Kep - Three Westerners kidnapped three months ago by Khmer Rouge guerrillas are alive and well, a Cambodian government official who spoke with them last week said.
Mark Slater, 28, a Briton, Australian David Wilson, 29, and the Frenchman Jean Michel Braquet, 27, were seized in an attack on a passenger train in July. Two hundred Cambodians were also abducted, but most were quickly released. AP
