WASHINGTON - President Fidel Castro envisages certain economic reforms for his country but will not give up the achievements of the Cuban revolution, he said in a US News and World Report. Mr Castro said he noted 'with interest' economic changes in other communist states, notably Vietnam and China. Havana, he said, had made 'preparations' for similar reforms 'without destabilising the country'. AFP
