Chad said Libya had increased its troops in the Aouzou Strip since the International Court of Justice this month awarded the disputed territory to Chad, Reuter reports from Ndjamena. Libyan troops have occupied the Strip since 1973, but last year argued that the border had never been legally defined and its territory stretched deep inside Chad.
