Norman, Oklahoma (AP) - An oilman has decided against leaving dollars 1m to the University of Oklahoma in protest at its plans to create a law chair in Anita Hill's name. 'I resent what she did to Clarence Thomas,' said William Durham, a retired executive of Phillips Petroleum. Ms Hill claimed Mr Thomas sexually harassed her.
