MANAMA (AP) - The destruction of stores of nerve agents in Iraq will begin within two weeks, while a mustard gas incinerator should be operational by November, a UN chemical weapons expert said. Meanwhile, a US air force officer said patrols over southern Iraq could be cut if Iraqi air and ground operations remain quiet.
