TOKYO (Reuter) - China will invite President Roh Tae Woo of South Korea and President Kim Il Sung of North Korea and his son and heir-apparent Kim Jong Il to Peking for separate visits this year, the newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun said. South Korea's Foreign Minister, Lee Sang Ock, arrived in Peking for the signing today of an accord establishing diplomatic ties.
