WASHINGTON - The Director of the CIA, James Woolsey, said North Korea was developing two new ballistic missiles with ranges long enough 'to put at risk' all of South-east Asia, the Pacific and, if exported, Europe, Reuter reports. Mr Woolsey said the new missiles had not yet been flown, 'and we will monitor their development, including any attempts to export them in the future to countries such as Iran'.
