A woman alleged to have cut off her husband's testicles after an argument has been reunited with him, her lawyer said yesterday, Reuter reports from Los Angeles. The husband, Jaime Macias, asked a judge to lift a restraining order against his wife, Aurelia, during a hearing in which she is charged with felony mayhem. If convicted, she faces up to life in prison. The case has been compared to that of Loreena Bobbitt who severed her husband's penis after he allegedly raped her. Unlike the Bobbit case, doctors were unable to reattach Mr Macias' severed parts.
