All eight Cubans who climbed a wall to seek asylum in the Chilean consulate on 15 June have returned home, and authorities say no reprisals will be taken, Reuter reports from Havana. Forty-six asylum-seekers remain at the Belgian embassy and 21 at the German embassy.
