Leaders of five dissident groups in Cuba addressed a letter to President Clinton calling for an end to the US embargo against the country, AFP reports from Havana. 'The policy of maintaining and enforcing the embargo and other forms of outside pressure against the regime of President Fidel Castro is rooted in an era which has passed,' the letter said.
