GENEVA - The UN mediator Cyrus Vance yesterday called for an immediate resumption of the airlift to Sarajevo that lapsed 23 days ago when a missile downed an Italian relief plane. He was speaking after investigating reports of ethnic cleansing in Serb-controlled Banja Luka.
