Death train arrest

Lusaka - The driver of one of two passenger trains that collided close to the Zambian border town of Livingstone, killing at least 22 people on Wednesday, has been arrested. "According to Zambia Railways management, the driver disobeyed instructions, leading to the collision," a Southern Province official said. Reuter
