Harare - Fewer than half of Zimbabwe's 4.9 million voters cast ballots in the presidential election at the weekend, seen as a mere formality after a boycott by challengers to President Robert Mugabe. Interim figures showed about 31.4 per cent of registered voters turned out. Reuter
