Three European diplomats, released after three weeks of captivity in Afghanistan, arrived here yesterday in good health, according to a senior administration official, AFP reports from Quetta, Pakistan.
Jack Dodds of Britain, Stephen Elhert of Germany and Gert Piening of the Netherlands were kidnapped on 23 April after entering Afghanistan for an unexplained trip.
