UTRECHT - The Dutch Roman Catholic church said it was talking to three mobile-telephone consortiums - one including Britain's Vodaphone - about putting transmitters in church steeples. The companies are competing for the second Dutch mobile-telephone licence; a church spokesman said 100 or so high church towers and steeples would be needed to link those telephone cells. Reuter
