ANKARA (Reuter) - Turkey and Azerbaijan signed an agreement yesterday to build a dollars 1.4bn (pounds 1bn) pipeline to carry crude oil from Baku via Iran to the Mediterranean coast. Work on the 663-mile pipeline will begin in 1994 and take two years to complete. Turkey's Prime Minister, Suleyman Demirel, said it 'will create a second Gulf in Turkey'.
