LONDON - Israel, Egypt and Turkey have created a new body to promote tourism to the eastern Mediterranean, writes Charles Richards.

Egypt's tourism has been devastated by Islamist violence, and the kidnapping of foreign tourists by Turkey's Kurds has deterred visitors.
