QUETTA (Reuter) - Three diplomats, from Britain, Germany and the Netherlands, were arrested for entering Afghanistan without valid papers and had not been kidnapped, an Afghan official said. Tribal elders in Spinboldak, Afghanistan, said the men would be released shortly.
