KIRUNDO, Burundi (Reuter) - At least 100 people have been massacred in a tribal bloodbath. Local clergy and expatriates said the killings occurred last Wednesday when members of the minority Tutsi ethnic group, the former feudal rulers of Burundi, attacked the majority Hutu group. Burundi has been engulfed in tribal carnage since President Melchior Ndadaye died in a mutiny by the Tutsi-dominated army on 21 October.
