ATHENS (AP) - A former agent for East Germany's secret police, the Stasi, said yesterday he had asked for political asylum to avoid being extradited to Germany, where he is wanted on terrorism charges. 'The reasons they want me extradited are political,' Helmut Voigt said, denying he had anything to do with a 1983 bombing in West Berlin that left one person dead.
