BUDAPEST (Reuter) - The condition of the Hungarian Prime Minister, Jozsef Antall, who is being treated for cancer in a Budapest hospital, worsened yesterday when he developed heart trouble as well.

Weeks of intensive treatment in a German hospital in October had supressed Mr Antall's cancer of the lymphatic system. He returned to work on a restricted schedule last month, only to be readmitted to hospital more than two weeks ago suffering influenza-like symptoms.
