GENEVA (Reuter) - The United States and Russia agreed to hold a first summit between presidents Bill Clinton and Boris Yeltsin on 4 April. Russia's Foreign Minister, Andrei Kozyrev, described the coming meeting as 'a major event that would make it possible to broaden our co-operation'. The venue is yet to be decided, but is believed to be either Helsinki or Reykjavik, where Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev met in 1986.
