Moscow (AFP) - Armenian forces recaptured the villages of Vaguaz and Bashgunepaya from Azeri troops on the third day of a new offensive in the north of the disputed Nagorny- Karabakh enclave. Seven other villages were recaptured by Armenian forces on Friday and Saturday. The Azeri Defence Ministry said the Armenian successes had been achieved at the expense of 'heavy losses' in lives and material.
