Haiti's exiled former 'president for life', Jean-Claude Duvalier, skipped his home on the Cote d'Azur to avoid paying rent arrears, AFP reports from Cannes. The landlord's lawyer said 'Baby Doc' Duvalier, 42, owed Fr500,000 ( pounds 59,000) rent on his luxury home.
