The state-owned French bank Credit Lyonnais said it had laid claim to the luxury yacht owned by the controversial soccer boss and politician Bernard Tapie in the latest move in a legal battle over his debts, Reuter reports from Paris. The bank has already laid claim to Mr Tapie's Paris townhouse and his antique art and furniture collection after tearing up an agreement which had given him five years to repay 1.2bn francs ( pounds 130m) in debts.
