Stockholm - Sweden's front- running Social Democrats suffered a sharp drop in popularity ahead of Sunday's general election, says an opinion poll. The iDag newspaper poll recorded a fall to 42.8 per cent from 45.9 per cent in the same poll a week ago. Reuter
