Paris (Reuter) - A public prosecutor will recommend that Rene Bousquet, 83, a wartime Vichy regime police chief, be tried for sending 13,000 Jews to Nazi death camps after they were rounded up in a cycling stadium known as the Vel d'Hiv in Paris in July 1942.
