MOSCOW (Reuter) - A 15-year- old boy in Russia's Far East found an army tank in the woods and took home its radio, laser targeting system and night sights before police were alerted by a report in the newspaper Vladivostok headlined: 'Whose tank is this?' The tank was claimed by the Command of the Far East military district. It was not clear how it came to be abandoned.
