OSLO (Reuter) - A trade union urged people to send old bras to a woman minister to protest at laws allowing bars in Oslo to employ topless waitresses. The Hotel and Restaurant Workers' Union published newspaper advertisements asking the Social Affairs Minister, Grete Knudsen, to close four topless bars or force the waitresses to cover up.
