Britain hopes to avoid sending troops to Bosnia
BRITISH ministers will hope to avoid the need to send military reinforcements to Bosnia when the Cabinet defence and overseas policy committee tomorrow reviews UN efforts to deliver aid to the besieged cities, writes Colin Brown. In Brussels today, EC representatives are discussing how to stop violations of UN sanctions against Serbia and Montenegro.
