HAVANA - Ian Taylor, the Trade and Technology Minister, said on a visit to Cuba that he wanted to find out about the island's economic reform process and possibilities for boosting trade with Britain. Mr Taylor, who is the first British minister to visit Cuba for 20 years, was accompanied by a business delegation representing sugar, banking and construction industries. Reuter
