British soldiers freed in Bosnia

FOUR BRITISH soldiers were free last night after their armoured personnel carrier was seized by Muslims in central Bosnia yesterday, writes Christopher Bellamy. One escaped and raised the alarm, and the other three were freed later. Last night the Bosnian army's military police were helping the British search for the vehicle. The men, from the 1st Battlion the Coldstream Guards, were captured near the Guards' No 1 Company's out-station at Gornji Vakuf, south of the main British base at Vitez.
