Beirut - Retired gunmen and Arab dignitaries came together at an emotional concert by the renowned Lebanese singer Feyrouz marking a symbolic start to the reconstruction of central Beirut. President Elias Hrawi and the Prime Minister, Rafik al-Hariri, joined a crowd of 40,000 that watched the first concert by Feyrouz in Lebanon, almost 19 years to the day civil war broke out. Reuter
