WARSAW (Reuter) - Poland's parliament voted to try two former top officials - Czeslaw Kiszczak, interior minister in the first Solidarity cabinet, and the former head of customs Jerzy Cwiek - for failing to stem a huge inflow of cheap alcohol after the collapse of Communism.
