Brest, France (Reuter) - A Japanese freighter sent to ship radioactive plutonium from France to Japan refuelled amid heavy security in a military port here yesterday. The Akatsuki Maru is to sail for Cherbourg tomorrow night and take 24 hours to load its 1.7-ton cargo.
