Khmer Rouge guerrillas launched their fourth attack in three days in the run-up to Cambodia's elections, targeting their former allies, the Chinese, for the first time, AFP reports from Phnom Penh. China yesterday condemned the overnight shelling of its engineer battalion serving with the UN peace-keeping force that hit its headquarters near the central city of Kompong Thom. There were no casualties.
