PARIS (AP) - Brandishing crucifixes and prayer books, several hundred Roman Catholic traditionalists took over a church next to the Louvre museum and fought riot police to press demands for a larger place of worship.

Four traditionalists were arrested and three riot policemen injured in the four-hour siege at the Saint-Germain-de- l'Auxerrois church.
