Conflict to resume

MOSCOW (Reuter) - Azerbaijan said it will fight on for control of the disputed enclave of Nagorny Karabakh, while Armenia began to form a national army. The moves followed the breakdown of the latest round of talks aimed at securing a ceasefire in the enclave.
