VADUZ (AP) - A Green party ended a 55-year stranglehold on parliament by Liechtenstein's two main parties in voting yesterday that also toppled the head of government. Hans Brunhart, 'government chief' since 1978, said he would not seek a new term after his Fatherland Union party lost the majority of seats in parliament. It lost two seats to the environmentalist Free List, which entered parliament on its third try.
