The 'Death Command' gang holding 18 judges and five other hostages at Costa Rica's Supreme Court includes at least two former members of the court police force, the Interior Minister, Luis Fishman, said, Reuter reports from San Jose. Costa Rican security forces closed a tight net around the gang of kidnappers yesterday, preparing to use force if necessary to free 18 Supreme Court justices and five other people held captive for two days, officials said. In response, the gang set free two of their hostages for three hours to take a message to Interior Ministry officials.
