BERLIN (Reuter) - Smokers in the German army can breathe easier after a Berlin court ruled that the Bundeswehr was not required to provide a smoke-free environment. A lieutenant-colonel had sued the army, saying the cigarette smoke he encountered in his job harmed his health.
