French bandits strike again
Bandits armed with an automatic weapon robbed 10 passengers, including two British brothers, on an overnight train between the Italian and Spanish frontiers in the latest of a wave of attacks on travellers in southern France, AP reports from Marseilles. The robbery happened in what French police call 'the Bermuda Triangle' between Marseilles, Avignon and Montpellier, a region notorious for robberies.
