MOSCOW (Reuter) - Russia has announced plans to increase grain production, targeting 1995 as the year when it can stop importing grain, the Interfax news agency said yesterday. The new programme, dubbed 'Russia's Bread', calls for grain production to be increased to 125 million tons by 1995 from estimated 1992 levels of 92 million to 96 million tons.
