Georgia crash
MOSCOW (Reuter) - At least 40 people, including about 30 residents, died when a cargo plane crashed into a suburban area in the Georgian capital Tbilisi, Radio Russia said. Earlier, Tengiz Epitashvili, the head of the Georgian police's transport department, said seven crew members and six people accompanying the cargo were killed. 'The plane crashed because it was overloaded,' Mr Epitashvili said.
