Amsterdam (Reuter) - The Dutch government said yesterday it would not bend to UN pressure to tighten liberal drugs policies in the Netherlands, where home-grown cannabis is estimated to be the sixth-biggest greenhouse crop. The UN International Narcotics Control Board contends that Dutch tolerance of soft drugs is against a 1961 narcotics convention.
